These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92jee ("92jee", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 92jee platform, website located at 92jee.net, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, sportsbook services, casino products, and any other services provided by 92jee (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 92jee, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside any additional terms, rules, or policies referenced herein, including the 92jee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

92jee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on 92jee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity and are not registered under a corporate or other non-individual entity.
• You are accessing 92jee from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously had a 92jee account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are registering solely for your own personal, recreational use.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 92jee is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Registration of more than one account by any single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 92jee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and review any balances held therein, which may be forfeited in cases involving bonus abuse or fraud.

Your 92jee account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You agree to notify 92jee immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 92jee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly or where such access results from your own negligence.

92jee may apply temporary restrictions to your account for security purposes, including where unusual betting patterns, payment anomalies, or suspected account compromise are detected. Such restrictions are applied in your interest and will be lifted promptly upon resolution of the relevant concern.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 92jee customer support. Where a request for self-exclusion is submitted under the Responsible Gaming framework, the closure will be processed in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

All transactions on 92jee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92jee supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Transaction limits, processing times, and any applicable fees are displayed in the 92jee cashier at the time of each transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing by 92jee. All funds withdrawn must originate from legitimate player deposits and betting activity — 92jee does not process withdrawals of deposited funds where no genuine wagering activity has occurred.

92jee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure. Processing times published are indicative and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or maintenance windows.

All bets placed on 92jee are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, as published in the 92jee sportsbook at the time of placement. In cases of ambiguity or conflict, the general betting rules set out in this section take precedence.

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid bet confirmation reference from 92jee. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference are not valid.
• 92jee reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including manifest pricing errors or odds resulting from system malfunction.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and the availability of live data feeds. 92jee is not liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by network latency on the player's side.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per bet type are published in the 92jee sportsbook and may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• Where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the result is determined, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, subject to sport-specific rules.
• 92jee's decision on the settlement of any bet is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of settlement via the formal dispute process described in Section 13.

The 92jee casino offers RNG (Random Number Generator) games and live dealer games provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. All games are independently audited for fairness and RTP accuracy. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-run returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or error during a casino session, 92jee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Where a malfunction cannot be reversed, 92jee will review the session and apply a fair resolution at its sole discretion.

Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. 92jee reserves the right to withhold payment of any jackpot won as a result of a system error, software fault, or abuse of a known game vulnerability.

92jee offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all 92jee promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements vary and are published in the relevant offer terms.
• 92jee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered will not be revoked mid-wagering period.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts, or using automated systems — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92jee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets solely to exploit pricing discrepancies across markets or platforms with no genuine sporting interest.
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts, using third-party accounts, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the 92jee platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
• Collusion — co-ordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or betting markets.
• Money laundering — using the 92jee platform to disguise, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities.
• Underage gambling — registering or playing on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen, disputed, or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits.

92jee co-operates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in any investigation relating to the above activities. Account information may be disclosed to relevant authorities where legally required or where 92jee has a reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.

92jee is committed to promoting responsible gambling across Pakistan. We recognise that, for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 92jee players at no cost:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 92jee account.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 92jee intellectual property without prior written consent.

You may not frame, scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the 92jee platform. You may not use the 92jee brand, name, or likeness in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without explicit written authorisation from 92jee.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92jee, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

92jee does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are secure and appropriate for accessing the Platform.

In all cases, 92jee's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 92jee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92jee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 92jee has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or fraud;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• The account has been registered or operated by a person under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to 92jee, other players, or the integrity of betting markets.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and funds under fraud investigation) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 92jee experience, you should follow the process below:

All disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 30 calendar days of the settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated.

92jee may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 92jee will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Minor or clarificatory amendments may be made without notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 92jee Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 92jee support to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92jee holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as a player located in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
